WAYS TO EXPERIENCE RELATIONAL HEALING

Choose the Path That Fits Your Season

Kelsey offers several ways to engage in this work — from individual somatic support to horse-human relational sessions and immersive group retreats.

Each experience is designed to meet you where you are and support greater connection, regulation, and well-being through relationship with self, horses, and nature.

  • A white horse is grazing on the dirt ground of an outdoor paddock, viewed from a person's perspective who is sitting on the ground. The person is wearing dark-colored boots. The background features trees on hills and a clear blue sky with sunlight.

    Private Sessions

For one human at a time. Personalized support including nervous system work, somatic awareness, breathwork, energy work, life patterns, personal healing, and support for greater presence, regulation, and connection through relationship with self and body.

Available: Online or in person with Kelsey’s herd on the Oregon Coast.

  • A person with short curly hair and freckles, wearing a patterned sweater and scarf, gently touching the face of a light brown horse with a white mane in a field, with a forest of evergreen trees in the background.

    Horse-Human Relationship Support

For horse owners. Focused on the human side of the horse-human relationship: nervous system patterns, attachment, beliefs, emotional regulation, agency, and connection with your horse.

Available: Online, in person with your horse when location allows, or with Kelsey’s herd.

  • Four young adults, three women and one man, stand side by side outdoors under trees, with their eyes closed and serious expressions, as if they are about to start a race or participate in an activity.

    Group Experiences & Retreats

For groups and retreat participants. Somatic practices, breathwork, reflection, and relational experiences with horses in community.

Available: On the Oregon Coast with Kelsey’s herd or off-site through hosted retreat collaborations.
