Your Questions, Answered

  • We have made so much progress and during the process, I'm learning to have compassion for myself and others in a way I haven't been able to express before and giving myself grace when I take steps back.. it's very humbling and I can't thank her enough for helping me on this journey called life.

  • This program showed me a lot about myself. There were times when learning about self judgement and how to release it was really effective in solidifying the lessons that were needed for me at this time. It was funny to me that as I did the work the chatter did get quieter in my brain, and as the days went on and even in my imperfection to do the work every day the chatter got less and the lessons and Journal prompts and meditations got more effective.

  • I absolutely loved this course! It was my first experience with a group course like this, and it was a good one! Kelsey made everyone feel comfortable, cared for, and respected. The knowledge she provided was valuable for so many scenarios, whether it's for someone who has experienced intense trauma, or someone who could use some tools to calm their day. I've benefited from learning all of the tools for keeping myself in the resilient zone, and out of the fight, flight, or freeze zone.
